What is a’ “Blue Zone”?
There are 5 Blue Zones around the world that have a high concentration of naturally healthy and long-living people, which is attributed to climate, regional foods, and lifestyle.

- For roasted coffee, the OTA limit is 5
microg / kg, and no presence is detected in the samples analyzed. The value of the analytical recovery is optimal and valid at 98% according to the requirement of European legislation. - CRE’s coffees
varies from Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) coffee grown at altitudes higher than about 4,500 feet to exactly 10 Degrees north of the equator at an elevation of 1,500 feet above sea level. - Beans grown at high altitudes mature more slowly and grow to be harder and denser than beans grown at lower elevations. The inherent consistency and taste attributes of high grown beans
makes them more desirable, and generally moreexpensive, than coffees grown at lower elevations.
